Recently I asked a few of my high-level coaching clients:
"How was 2019 for you?"
Of course, everyone's situation is different, and so if their answer.
And each time I asked this to my coaching clients, they asked ME the same question.
"How was 2019 for you, Bishal?"
I gave same answer to everyone:
"2019 has been the toughest year for me in the last decade. I've had health challenges (been hospitalized for the first time in past 20 years). I've had relationship issues as I had hundreds of critical conversations. I've had massive changes in my business model. I've had internal conflict about who I am here to serve in this world and said NO to many clients. I've had challenges with some of my friends. My brother has mental retardation so it's a constant battle I am involved in. On and on and on."
When they hear it, often peoples' jaws drop and they say:
"WOW. You also have challenges?"
Haha.
Yes I do.
In fact, I have more challenges than most people.
It's NOT about avoiding challenges. It's about GROWING with them.
I want you to remember these 5 lessons:
Lesson #1. If 2019 has been EASY for you, it means you played a small game. You didn't give your best and you certainly didn't challenge yourself. Battle scars happen to people who were in the battle-field, not to people who were at the sidelines waiting.
Lesson #2. If you didn't achieve MASSIVE goals in 2019, don't beat yourself up. Make sure you learn from 2019 and move into 2020 with more courage, confidence & clarity.
Lesson #3. Remember: Making mistakes is not the problem. Not correcting them is.

Lesson #5. Trust yourself. Believe in the man in the mirror. Give yourself some props for all the good things you're doing man.
That's all I have today. I am going out as I have a busy day ahead, and then some coaching calls with a few high achievers who want to enter 2020 with BOLDNESS and achieve their greatness by producing great RESULTS.
