How Do You Define Success?

Recently during a video interview, the sharp 23-year-old interviewer asked me: “How do you define success?”

My immediate answer was: “You’re successful if are able get sleep with peace.”

What does it mean?

You can sleep with peace only when you know today you’ve done something worthwhile, or when you’re aware that you’re on your way of becoming someone worthwhile. Without that mental satisfaction, peaceful sleep is something one can only dream about.

Now the question is: “How do you get peaceful sleep?”

Here is what you have to do: Work your butt off!!!

Whether you’re an entrepreneur or work within a company, learn to work your butt off.

You belong to a bank? Work your butt off!

You’re a student? Work your butt off!

You’re a parent? Work your butt off!

I love this quote by George Horace Lorimer: “You’ve got to get up every morning with determination if you’re going to go to bed with satisfaction.”

This day will be gone in a couple of hours. Will you get a peaceful sleep at the end of it? And when you wake up, will you work your butt of to get another peaceful sleep?

If yes, you’re successful.

If not, get busy!!!!!!!
