One of the biggest things you can do in order to make yourself a Motivational Speaker is SPEAK A LOT and generate leads.

What I mean is that: you get in front of groups as a speaker, and collect their contact information so that you can keep in touch with them. When you do that, not only you are speaking, but now you are someone that will give them more information for learning more.

Don’t just have business cards, they don’t work. I have never seen a Motivational Speaker giving away his cards. Have you?

Rather, later that day send them an email with one of your published articles. If you don’t know how to get your articles published and printed- I will teach you at my Become a Motivational Speaker & Trainer Course.

Make sure you keep in touch with the people whose email addresses you collected.

Why?

Because when you keep in touch with them, eventually they will hire you.

You can’t just speak once. You have to keep delivering value to them until they think: “Yes, I think we need a Motivational Speaker and Trainer for our group and we will hire that guy I met that day, who keeps emailing me with cool stuff.”
