Best Lesson Learned from Rory Vaden’s Take The Stairs

Affirmations are powerful. They improve my life, as I use them daily.

Do you feel stuck sometimes in your life? Do you feel like giving up?

When was the last time you doubted your own ability to something EXCELLENT in your life?

Let’s talk about it. Why did you get the self-doubt in the first place?

Because there is a MR. MEDIOCRE in everyone. And most people listen to that MR. MEDIOCRITY- the internal negative voice that tells you all negative things about yourself: “no you can’t do it”, “no, it’s really hard and you are not good enough to go out there and rock the presentation” etc.

I learnt about MR. MEDIOCRITY from Rory Vaden’s book Take The Stairs.

I learnt that you have two dogs in your being, a RED DOG (the dog that wants you win to feel like a loser”, and a WHITE DOG (the dog that wants you to WIN, ACHIEVE, and SUCCEED). Watch this video to learn more:

If you train yourself to listen to the WHITE DOG and BELIEVE YOURSELF, you will make things happen.

If you train yourself to listen to the RED DOG and DOUBT YOURSELF, you will watch others make things happen.

The power of affirmations is unbelievable. Every morning after waking up, I have a set of affirmations that I repeat to myself to feed my inner strength so that I can feel EXCELLENT, and feel UNSTOPPABLE. Affirmations like:

My inner world creates my outer world.

I think big! I choose to help millions and millions of people!

I have a perfectly cut muscular body.

I have more affirmations I use for my personal life. In fact, now I have developed a Document called “Confidence Affirmation” where I share the affirmations that I use myself before any speech or presentation to boost my confidence. Let me know via a comment below, and I will be happy to send the document to you.

Making up your mind & believing in your goals through positive affirmations was one of my best lessons learned from Rory Vaden's Take The Stairs.
